Time Tracker 1.2 Update

I've been gradually accumulating tweaks and fixes over the last few years, and I figured I'd finally upload them here as well.

Some notable changes include:

- The module taking care of holiday detection stopped working and was replaced with a different one. That means there may be a different selection of locales available than before. On the plus side, some locales now support selecting specific regions to display regional holidays.

- Along with holiday locales, holiday time calculations were also altered. TT will now create 'ghost entries' for holidays set to ideal average length for a given month (unless the holiday falls on a weekend), the ghost entry will disappear when a manual entry is created for the same date.

- Calendar year based Time  Deficit/Overtime calculation. The info panel now adds up all tracked time for a given year and displays how much it differs from to the added up target time for each previous month. (This is probably more a feature for my very specific personal use-case)

- Various small bug-fixes I already forgot about

I haven't tested if the linux version actually works, but I will just assume it does.
